MY APPROACH:
My teachings and practices follow a secular, modern approach designed to make ancient wisdom practical and accessible for the corporate world. At the same time, I draw from the methodology of Tergar , rooted in the Karma Kagyu and Nyingma Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, and enrich this with my own experiences (e.g., breath-work, yoga, silent retreats).
The foundation is simple: organizations don’t just compete on strategy and technology; they compete on the capacity of their people to stay resilient, focused, and connected under pressure. Meditation offers a powerful lever. It helps us recognize three innate skills already within us. 1) Awareness: stepping out of autopilot, staying present, and sharpening focus. 2) Acceptance: meeting challenges without resistance, creating space for growth. 3) Clarity: gaining insight to act with intention rather than reactivity.
When leaders and teams cultivate these qualities, they build resilience: the ability to remain grounded, balanced, and at ease even in the midst of complexity and change. From this place, professionals unlock higher performance, more effective collaboration, and a sustainable path to success.
