Recommendation: Great – this book was actually the first book I have ever read on self development. It had great insights for me and I am sure it will also for given the multitude of different areas covered.
Level: Beginner – easy to understand and no prior knowledge needed.
The book is a compilation of interviews and insights from over 200 titans of industry, including entrepreneurs, athletes, and celebrities.
In “Tools of the Titans,” Ferriss takes the reader on a journey through the minds and lives of some of the most successful and innovative people in the world. He provides a wealth of practical advice and inspiration, making it a must-read for anyone looking to improve their life and achieve their goals.
Given that this book is already the distilled essence of various insights from a diverse set of highly successful people there is no need to further summarize it nor to write a paragraph about what I learned as this may be very personal and changes from person to person. But on e thing I can say: this was one of the first self development books I have ever read (back in 2018) and the tools presented in the book were partially the starting point of me delving further into such topics and becoming a coach. So hope you enjoy this great read!
