Recommendation: Good – the book offers a good introduction to the teachings and practices of the Nyingma school (one stream of Tibetan Buddhism) with a focus on meditation.
Level: Intermediate – while this book does not require any background information I´d still recommend to have some knowledge about Buddhism since concepts are referenced in this book.
