Is This Book Right for me?

It’s a comprehensive guide that is both accessible and inspiring, a must-read for those looking for inner peace and self-empowerment.

Recommendation: Medium – the book shows some great breathing techniques that can help you in your daily life and explains the workings of them. While the content is certainly not ground-breaking it has some interesting insights that allows you to learn about your breath.
