Recommendation: Must read – this book was my second book around self development topics (after “Tools of the Titans” by Timothy Ferriss) and it is just fair to say that this book has changed my life. Not only did this book get me interested into self development (therefore leading to where I am today) but this book overall offers comprehensive techniques to really change your life to the better.

Level: Beginner – well written and easy to understand. Yet, expect a long read that sometimes can be tiring (given that it is a lot about concepts and ~500 pages long. Anyway, it is definitely worth it!
