Recommendation: Medium – this book offers a unique perspective on our future and  encourages you to critically think about the challenges that the human species may or may not face. Overall, it is interesting with some great personal insights from Harari hoe our world ma look like.

The book is divided into 21 chapters, each one tackling a different topic and providing a unique perspective on the world we live in:

  • Chapter 1, “Disillusionment”, sets the stage for the book by exploring the disconnection many of us feel from the world around us. Harari argues that we are living in a time of unprecedented change, and that our traditional beliefs and values are no longer adequate to make sense of it.
  • Chapter 2, “The Technological Challenge”, examines the impact of technology on our lives and the future of humanity. Harari explores the implications of artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and other technological advancements, and how they will shape our world.
  • Chapter 3, “The Work Challenge”, delves into the changing nature of work and the implications for our economy and society. Harari argues that the rise of automation and artificial intelligence is likely to lead to widespread job loss and economic inequality.
