Meet Nick

This isn’t just about me. It’s about you

"The sharp edges of life, polish the mind, as stones polish the mirror. Every hardship is a training ground. Embrace the difficulties of life, as they are the gateway to true peace and resilience."

- Nick Ernst

I did not grow up with a roadmap to the corporate world. No family connections, no business mentors. Still, I made it to top universities and into the fast track at a global management consultancy. Yet behind the polished résumé came a quiet realization: success on paper does not always mean fulfillment or success in life.

While I checked every box of conventional success, something inside me kept asking, Is this it? There must be more. I had always been drawn to personal growth, human potential, and supporting others. So I took an unusual step: I took a leave at work to join a top coaching school, and later became ICF-certified with 100+ coaching hours, rigorous training, and deep practical work. Alongside that, I immersed myself in the eastern culture and became a meditation teacher.

To me, coaching and meditation are two sides of the same coin. Both cultivate awareness and resilience. Both help us live well, no matter the circumstances we are in. They transformed my own journey, and it is now a joy to share these tools with others.

Stepping into the unknown and away from the conventional path taught me something essential: what it feels like to be in at “crossroads” in life. To doubt your path and yourself, to feel stuck, to question your choices, to be overwhelmed by the daily hustle, to hit setbacks and quietly wonder if it’s the right way. I also know what it takes to build confidence and clarity, to move forward with purpose and stay resilient when life throws another “curveball”.

I do not share this to impress you. I share it because if any part of this feels familiar, if you have followed the success script but something still feels off, I have been there. And I would be honored to walk beside you as you find your way forward.

... But What is Far More Important

how I ended up doing what I am doing

Actually...

Enough about me. This isN't About me, is it?

LIke I Said...

This ISn't About Me.
It's About you.

You are likely here because you are looking for insights about what may be right for you and where to go next. Or maybe you are looking for answers. The truth: I do not have them. You are the only one who can know what is right for you and answer your questions.

But what I can do is to support you “to find your way” and to develop the skills & mentality that results in a remarkable life. I bring proven coaching & mindfulness tools and you bring openness and curiosity. No agenda, no attachment, no judgement, just an open space for the two of us exploring your ideal path. Are you ready to embark on your next journey?
